Last weekend she told me she'd pick me over any hotel.
-Certainly a display of love from this diva princess.

Praying for a large quantity of quality time with her this summer. She is a treasure and I know there are great things in store for her life.

firmly rooted in you and learn to walk in the ways 

you've created for us to glorify & enjoy you.

Running home...

We missed a lot of birthdays, holidays, & really great reasons we could have run home during the school year due to crazy work & school schedules... But this breathing room of Summer certainly feels like reward for the waiting!

We are enjoying soaking up every reason & opportunity to take the quick trip home to see these loves!!

So glad we got to be there for Cade's first birthday party & to celebrate our dads!! ♥

We had a great time with our families over Memorial Day weekend...



We got about a day & 1/2 in with both + a sweet friend wedding in between!!



Visiting our SC home is such a sweet time for us. Being around our families is a high point. We are constantly bragging on the little ones in our lives and I can't seem to take enough pictures to capture the joy wrapped up in them.



...looking forward to a few more visits coming up and spending allll of July catching up with friends and family there!!



It was nice returning to our sweet Raleigh home too.
We set up our kitchen table before crashing for the night.
Which made for an even sweeter morning before getting back to work Tuesday! :)

Moving...

We're two weeks into our new place and we are looooving it... It's just around the corner from where we were & still only about 2 miles from campus!

It's more spacious, gets great natural light, and the neighborhood is lovely for walking or biking!! (More pics to come when things are a little more settled in!:)
